Role Overview
We are hiring a hands-on Solution Architect / Engineering Lead who can design scalable systems, lead engineering teams, and deliver production-grade software.
The role involves system architecture, backend development, large-scale scraping systems, cloud deployment, and team leadership.
You will work on AI platforms, automation systems, data pipelines, and enterprise software products.

Must Have (Required for This Role)
Backend Development
- Strong Python backend development
- Experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask
- Building scalable REST APIs
- Strong understanding of system architecture
Web Scraping & Data Systems
- Extensive experience building large-scale web scraping systems
- Experience with Selenium / Playwright / Puppeteer / Scrapy
- Handling anti-bot protection, proxies, rate limits
- Building data pipelines and ingestion systems
Concurrency & Performance
- Strong experience with Multithreading
- Experience with Multiprocessing
- Async programming (asyncio / event loops)
- Performance optimization for high-volume data processing
Cloud, DevOps & Deployment (Mandatory)
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS / GCP / Azure
- Experience deploying production systems on cloud infrastructure
- Docker (mandatory)
- CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Jenkins)
- Experience managing production deployments
MERN Stack
- Experience with MongoDB
- Experience with Node.js + Express.js
- Experience with React.js frontend
- Understanding of full stack application architecture
Databases
- SQL databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL)
- NoSQL (MongoDB / Redis)
- Database schema design and optimization
Architecture Experience
- Designing scalable system architectures

Architecture
- Design scalable system architecture

- Ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality

Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Master's in Computer Science (or equivalent)
- 7+ years software development
- 3+ years technical leadership
